Social CBD outlines its focus on transparency, partnership with retailers

At the National Association of Chain Drug Stores Total Store Expo, Drug Store News got to sit down with Vincent Porpiglia of Social CBD.

The company recently invested in a new Portland, Ore., manufacturing facility where it can produce its line of products, which include CBD drops and a CBD balm. Porpiglia said it is focused on partnership and quality to help retailers as a trusted partner navigating the booming category.

“The CBD category is growing at an exponential rate. We’re in 12,000 doors nationwide and will be in 20,000 doors nationwide by the end of the year,” Porpiglia said. “What will drive the categories success are brands that are providing high-quality products that give consumers relief from all sorts of ailments through the power of CBD.
